Pedra Bonita + Paragliding RampDescription: Pedra Bonita faces Pedra da Gávea and is positioned between the neighborhoods of São Conrado and Barra da Tijuca. On top of its 696 meters , there is a wide rocky ridge from where one can enjoy a most beautiful view . On the way back the tour stops at the Paragliding Ramp , where visitors will observe jumps .
Running time : Approximately 40 to 60 minutes to climb , and walk 1.6 km , depending on the walking pace . The total duration of the tour is between 3 and 4 hours . Tijuca PeakDDescription : The walk begins at Praça Afonso Viseu , in Alto da Boa Vista ; the peak, which stands 1,021 meters above sea level, is the highest peak of the Tijuca Rock and the second highest mountain in the City of Rio de Janeiro .
Duration: The climb to the top of the peak spans about 5 Km and lasts around 1 hour and 20 minutes depending on walking pace. The total duration of the tour is about 5 hours. Morro Dois IrmãosDescription : Starting from the Vidigal community , the trail to Morro Dois Irmãos is about 1.6 km long and from the top of its 533 meters , we have one of the best views of Rio;

Corcovado TrailDescription : This hike begins at Parque Laje, next to the Botanical Gardens, with a walk through the Atlantic Forest , followed by a slightly more challenging climb up a trail that leads to a walk alongside the cable car railroad to the statue of Christ the Redeemer (to access the statue it is necessary to buy tickets on site) .
